My philosophy education
My philosophy education
My educational perspective is firmly rooted in the concept and strong belief that education is essential for people to develop their critical thinking skills and ability to make wise judgments. Education is important for children to learn because they have open minds and responsive perspectives on the world. Also, education plays a key role in establishing a better culture. Inside educational institutions, education enables kids to learn about various cultures.
I first decided to become a teacher at age 20 in my country but because inappropriate security my dreams couldn't come true. since I am in the united states and trying to reach to my dream, I can say that the desire to make a difference in children’s lives has never left me since that time. One reason that is I love to teach young children that I know to make a difference in this developmental period. Also can lead to decisions that will affect them for the rest of their lives. I will get great satisfaction from helping students, and I must acquire new skills and self-confidence. I use positive reinforcement to establish a positive relationship, office praise, phone calls, notes home, giving the prize, and privileges.
Second, I believe as an educator among my greatest strength is being remained and flexible while maintaining structure and showing a sense of humor, also maintaining an appropriate level of authority. I believe that exhibiting my positive nature, through welcoming students with a friendly smile each day goes a long way to building a solid rapport with students. It is the base, which makes all other areas flourish. Students know that I respect and care about them as individuals and know that I will go out of my way to help them succeed. I avail myself to students, question, and discuss topics with students who are either struggling or wish to go beyond the curriculum.
Third, to build great relationship. I believe it is vital that I express my leadership style by educating, motivating, and inspiring my students. To educate, I must have a strong classroom management foundation, which will help to create a productive learning environment. The students must feel they are safe and well enough treated in a comfortable environment. Where they can share while gaining knowledge. The instructions will be provided in different ways to accommodate all learning styles. I believe students need to encourage to interpret, analyze, and predict information. I encourage all students to take pride in their work, and it is my job to be patient. Positive comments on papers, after the presentation, or sharing are effective ways to motivate all students at different work levels. Finally, I must inspire my students, which can be a tricky task to accomplish with all children together.
In Conclusion, when students leave my class, I want them to remember me as a truly dedicated teacher that created an absorbing classroom where they were excited to come and learn. My students will have learned that day should never stop open-ended questioning and areas of learning, be responsible for their own choices and respect themselves and others. When I invite parents to the meeting, I make it worth their while. I am respectful of their time. I Start the meeting and end on time. Knowing that they have busy lives and schedules, I make the event engaging and meaningful for them.
