 Experience working with children

I'd like to develop the abilities required to direct a preschool program as my experience dealing with kids increases. In the past few months, my attention has shifted to working mostly with newborns and toddlers; this is a new area for me. Working with such young children enables me to positively influence their cognitive growth. I've been greatly encouraged by this opportunity and aspire to manage an infant-toddler program within a bigger school. My more immediate objectives are all about getting experience in various institutions. I will be able to understand how various processes, including those for resolving conflict, function for kids if I am exposed to a variety of programs and their distinct approaches. These concepts would eventually find their way into my own. Despite my recent entry into the sector, I have enough expertise to identify the ideas that, in my opinion, are most pertinent to children their age. The first is the capacity for partnerships to provide security and comfort. The preschool years are a time of rapid growth and exploration for the kids, so it's critical that they feel at ease in the setting. The requirement for communication is the second. The value of learning via play is the third idea that makes up my personal philosophy.
